The Peninsula London is looking for an Engineering Compliance and Contract Management Supervisor to manage all aspects of compliance and contracts administration, ensuring the proper execution of established preventative service programs.

This role involves liaising with the Director and Assistant Director of Engineering, monitoring workmanship, preparing progress reports, and maintaining safe working conditions and practices throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with contractors and the Engineering management team
  • Monitor workmanship and report any issues to the Director and Assistant Director of Engineering
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Ensure safe working conditions and practices are maintained by contractors throughout the hotel
  • Attend hotel operation meetings to discuss activities and emergencies
  • Provide additional or specialized guest services through collaboration with engineers and external contractors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within construction and project management
  • Trade qualification in Building Survey or Building Services
  • Degree in construction-related or Building Services-related subject
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Fluent English communication proficiency

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
