At Wipro Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Director for Cloud and Digital Innovation to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive profitable growth from existing and new accounts.

Job Overview

The Transformation Director will be accountable for sales in existing and new accounts, developing strategic client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent delivery. As a key member of our Sales Group, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation, innovation, IT agility, and optimization for our clients.

About the Role

  • Lead digital vision to transform clients' businesses by identifying market trends and corresponding Wipro solutions/offerings.
  • Activate networks in the market to create sales opportunities and leverage partner organizations to bring solutions to clients.
  • Create end-to-end business solutions for proactive proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Interface with Client Account Teams and clients to present benefits and overall value proposition and solution.
  • Define strategies based on market and competitor intelligence for deal structure, win themes, and relevant artefacts to support in winning deals.

Requirements

  • Experience of 20+ years in closing deals in IT Services & Consulting, including global deals with on, near, and offshore delivery.
  • Proven track record of >$20m TCV sales annually on fixed price transformational deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver presentations, drive meetings, and proposals. Develop long-term valued relationships with clients.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, and in a growth mode.
  • Strong understanding of three or more of the following technologies: cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCS, VMWare), software development methodologies (DevOps, Agile, Scrum), container, API development, cloud migration, operations, FinOps, AIOps, application modernization, integration, quality engineering/testing, digital workplace, SDWAN, IoT, industry-standard tools (e.g., SNow, BMC, GitHub).

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional incentives for meeting performance targets.
