About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Chef to join our culinary team at Cinnamon Care's luxury care home, Earlsfield Court.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents, working closely with our Head Chef to create innovative and fine dining experiences.

With a passion for delivering exceptional food and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety, you will be an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to develop menus and improve kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas
Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with a Chef de Partie qualification and NVQ 2/3. You will need to be a team player, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

As a mentor and trainer, our Head Chef will support your development and encourage you to contribute to the kitchen's ideas and menus.
