Job Description:

This role is a vital part of Lindström UK's sales team, responsible for engaging with leads and prospects to present our services and secure agreements. As a Business Development Consultant, you will build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with Lindström's high standards of service.

The successful candidate will conduct outbound cold calling and business-to-business communications, generating appointments and leads for the Fast Track Sales team. They will also handle all inbound leads, including those from website inquiries, email, and other channels. Continuous pipeline building, sales closure, and meeting or exceeding assigned targets are essential responsibilities of this role.

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or new business sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels are crucial. Experience with Microsoft programs and CRM systems is also necessary.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
