We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at W Edinburgh. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Front Desk and Whatever/Whenever teams
  • Act as a role model in providing excellent customer service and interacting with guests

  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
