- Manage the daily operations of the Front Desk and Whatever/Whenever teams
- Act as a role model in providing excellent customer service and interacting with guests
- Train and develop your team to become experts in their roles
- Empower your team to resolve guest issues and ensure that all quality-related standards are met
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maximize revenue performance and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols
