As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products and services with customers, driving sales, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for visitors.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Advisor at Scotland Welcome, you will:

- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our offerings and our partners' products, services, and policies.
- Approach customers with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that mirrors our company's ethos.
- Provide intuitive recommendations to enhance customers' experiences in Edinburgh and Scotland.
- Handle customer inquiries with confidence, utilizing local knowledge and IT resources to deliver swift and accurate information.
- Ensure the impeccable presentation of the tourist information desk and kiosk, including marketing materials and displays.
- Foster brand awareness and increase sales of our products.
- Engage in in-person and online training to stay aligned with our company's vision and goals.
- Collaborate with management through provided online platforms to maintain open communication.
- Assist customers with ticket changes, complaints, and reviews as needed.
- Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and always uphold professionalism.

**Requirements**:
