Automotive Service Advisor Trainee

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Service department as an Apprentice Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the automotive industry and gain a nationally recognized qualification.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Liaise with the Workshop and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Utilize computer systems to assist with duties such as diarizing work for the Workshop and achieving pre-defined targets for upselling Aftersales products and services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service in line with Group and Manufacturer standards.
