Forensic Technology Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Forensic Technology & eDiscovery team as a Consultant / Senior Consultant / Manager. About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of client engagements for our Forensic Technology & eDiscovery service line. This will involve advising clients on best practices for data management and preservation, data collection, handling, and analysis, as well as performing hands-on elements of eDiscovery matters from start to finish in Relativity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data preservation and collection needs, and provide expert advice on the most effective solutions.
- Design and implement data processing, early case assessment, review, and analysis workflows in Relativity.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data handling and analysis, and provide training to team members as needed.
- Assist in the management of dedicated forensic technology and eDiscovery infrastructure environments.
- Proactively plan and manage workload and tasks for multiple active client matters, often with court-imposed deadlines.
- Display risk awareness and focus on delivering high-quality client results.
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives, and assist in preparing research documents, proposals, and other business development materials.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in forensic technology, eDiscovery, compliance, or a related field.
- Completion of one or more eDiscovery or Relativity certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Relativity or another eDiscovery tool.
- Strong client-facing experience, ideally in a consulting role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
