Forensic Technology Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Technology Consultant to join our growing team at Teneo. As a key member of our Forensic Technology & eDiscovery service line, you will play a critical role in supporting clients throughout the forensic technology and eDiscovery workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on best practices for data management and preservation for various electronically stored information (ESI) and paper information sources.
- Collect, handle, and analyze data to support eDiscovery matters.
- Perform hands-on elements of eDiscovery matters from start to finish in Relativity, including data processing, early case assessment, review & analysis, and production.
- Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures on an ongoing basis, and provide training to team members as needed.
- Assist in the management of dedicated forensic technology and eDiscovery infrastructure environments.
- Proactively plan workload and tasks for multiple active client matters, often with court-imposed deadlines.
- Display risk awareness and focus on delivering high-quality client results.
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare research documents, proposals, and other business development and client delivery documents.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in the eDiscovery industry.
- Completion of one or more eDiscovery or Relativity certification is preferred.
- Proficiency or experience using Relativity or another eDiscovery tool.
- Client-facing experience, ideally in a consulting role, is essential.
- An understanding of the litigation support industry is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required, as this role involves direct communication with clients.
- Experience advising clients under pressure, ability to respond rapidly and accurately, good judgment for escalating issues.
- Motivated, with strong task management skills, alongside ability to solve problems and work to deadlines.
- Appetite to build and expand own skills and knowledge.
