The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Forensic Technology & eDiscovery team as a Consultant / Senior Consultant / Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level or an experienced individual who wants to be part of a growing and dynamic team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of client engagements for our Forensic Technology & eDiscovery service line, covering all areas of the EDRM lifecycle. This will involve advising clients on best practices for data management and data preservation, data collection, handling, and analysis, as well as performing hands-on elements of eDiscovery matters from start to finish in Relativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on data management and preservation best practices
  • Data collection, handling, and analysis
  • Performing eDiscovery tasks in Relativity, including data processing, early case assessment, review & analysis, and production
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and providing training to team members
  • Assisting in the management of forensic technology and eDiscovery infrastructure environments
  • Proactively planning workload and tasks for multiple active client matters
  • Displaying risk awareness and focusing on quality client deliverables
  • Assisting in business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in forensic technology/eDiscovery, compliance, or legal sector
  • Completion of eDiscovery or Relativity certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Relativity or another eDiscovery tool
  • Client-facing experience, ideally in a consulting role, is essential
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
