About the Role

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing BTL consumer campaigns in line with business KPIs and objectives. This will involve working closely with the comms team to create and execute content for social and digital channels, as well as analyzing campaign results and incorporating learnings into future planning.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute BTL consumer campaigns
  2. Work with the comms team to create and execute content for social and digital channels
  3. Analyze campaign results and incorporate learnings into future planning
  4. Work with the Head of Marketing & Commercial to determine the future ATL strategy
  5. Maintain and develop Consumer and Trade websites
  6. Support the Red Tractor Commercial team to develop and deliver appropriate sales and marketing tools and campaigns
  7. Manage agency relationships
  8. Develop relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  1. 5+ years' B2C marketing experience, preferably within food and drinks manufacturing or retail
  2. Knowledge of leading on and delivering memorable brand experiences, digital marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, media planning, and brand tracking tools
  3. Strong strategic and analytical skills with financial/business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
  4. Experience of social media, search, display, email, and social listening tools
  5. Previous experience of delivering consumer research projects and interpreting results
  6. Ability to translate technical information into engaging, consumer-focused messages
  7. Previous agency management experience
  8. Confidence presenting to, engaging with, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
