We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our mentorship program, providing long-term support and guidance to young people in need. As a Youth Impact Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping them build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.
Mentorship Opportunities
Our program offers one-to-one mentoring sessions, where you'll spend quality time with a young person, exploring their interests, and helping them develop new skills. You'll also participate in group activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging among the young people.
What We Offer
We provide comprehensive training, equipping you to effectively support our young people. You'll also receive reimbursement for all travel costs, making it an accessible opportunity for those who want to make a positive impact.
Who Can Apply?
Anyone aged 18+ who is passionate about creating a difference in young lives can apply. This includes those looking to gain experience in working with young people, as well as individuals who are patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
The estimated hourly rate for this role is £12-£15, depending on your experience.
