Contract and Revenue Management Specialist

UKund Control is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Revenue Management Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your commercial management skills to drive business growth and profitability.
About the Role:
This role will involve developing and implementing effective revenue forecasting strategies, managing project finances, and ensuring compliance with NEC contracts. You will work closely with project teams to maintain accurate cost controls and budgetary management throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution, timely resolution of issues, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, monitor, and manage monthly revenue forecasts to ensure accuracy in revenue projections and identification of potential risks or opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with NEC contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions and minimize financial exposure.
• Work closely with project teams to develop and maintain accurate cost controls, budgetary management, and profitability analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution, timely resolution of issues, and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Oversee the management of variations, claims, and contractual changes in accordance with NEC processes, ensuring appropriate financial recovery where applicable.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasting, and cost/value reconciliations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies that align with business objectives and enhance profitability.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial management, with a strong background in NEC contract administration.
• In-depth understanding of NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4) and their application in project management.
• Experience in revenue forecasting and managing project finances.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management and mitigation.
