Chase & Holland Recruitment Ltd is excited to work with an established manufacturing business in the Barnsley area who are rapidly expanding. They're looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with purchasing, creating GRNs, and tying up of invoices
  • Maintain the main reception area, answer the telephone, take messages, and greet guests
  • Work with the wider team to keep stock levels accurate
  • Ship parcels worldwide
  • Perform general administration tasks such as scanning, filing, and keeping spreadsheets up to date
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to assist with daily tasks
Requirements & Preferences:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft software and general IT
  • Ability to work independently with supervision

As an Office Administrator, you will be part of a small but knowledgeable team and will suit someone who is proactive and hardworking. You will be eager to learn and have experience in a similar role. In return, you'll receive a profit-related bonus, a 34-hour week, a company pension scheme, professional development and training, 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays, and free onsite parking.
