We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at a well-established wealth management firm in Sutton Coldfield. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planning team and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the financial planning team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Liaise with providers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Process client information and update the CRM system
  • Assist with new business applications and client onboarding

Requirements:
