Aquatic Program Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and qualified lifeguard to join our team as an Aquatic Program Assistant. As an NPLQ or NRASTC qualified lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of bespoke and engaging 30-45 minute sessions with mixed ability groups aged between 5-17 years.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, enjoyable, and worthwhile experiences for our participants
- Working alongside a qualified swimming teacher to deliver market-leading swim programmes
- Overseeing swim sessions, with a maximum of 16 children in the pool
- Ensuring the safe use of equipment and supervising all sessions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for developing children's water confidence
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- NPLQ or NRASTC qualification
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including career development opportunities, regular employment with Kings, and bi-weekly personal evaluation directly from your Manager.
