About the Role

We are working on behalf of our client, a leading organization in the industry, to recruit a Recruitment Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the initial 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate sourcing and attraction for vacancies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with a team to source and attract top talent, utilizing effective recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of candidate applications, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
