Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for Riverside Recruitment Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for various vacancies across the company.

Main Responsibilities:
- Administer the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, managing adverts, and candidate applications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future recruitment needs and implement innovative strategies to attract candidates.
- Analyze and report on recruitment statistics to senior managers as required.
- Develop and maintain a healthy talent pool of candidates.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new starters, working closely with the HR department.

Requirements:
- Strong administrative background with the ability to work independently and manage own workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to demonstrate transferable skills, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
