Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Riverside Recruitment. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to source and attract top talent for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, managing adverts, and candidate applications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future recruitment needs and implement innovative strategies to attract candidates.
  • Compile and report on recruitment statistics for senior managers.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy talent pool, ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new starters, working closely with our HR team.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively.
  • Transferable skills, excellent telephone manner, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
