Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

We are working on behalf of our client, a leading company in the recruitment industry, to recruit a skilled Recruitment Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The possibility of a permanent role may be offered after the initial 6 months.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate sourcing and attraction for vacancies across the company.
  • Collaborate with a team to identify and engage top talent for various roles, utilizing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans, focusing on quality candidate sourcing and timely hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
