About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Night Shift Support Worker at Northern Healthcare offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and guidance to enable our service users to live a full and independent life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including cooking, appointments, and medication management.
  • Encourage and support residents to re-learn skills and tackle new ones in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Regularly review and update support plans to ensure alignment with individual needs and aspirations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a support worker role or completion of Level 2/3 Health and Social Care qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
