Role Description

We have a dynamic Talent team in the UK and Ireland, supporting employees across London, Dublin, and Leeds. As an ER Advisor, you will contribute to a positive and equitable working environment by resolving workplace issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the ER Partner in managing employment-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and TUPE.
  2. Develop investigation plans, prepare for interviews, and draft comprehensive documentation.
  3. Coordinate projects supporting organisational change initiatives.
  4. Provide advice and guidance to people managers on ER matters.
  5. Assist in identifying and implementing reporting mechanisms for employee relations cases.
  6. Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, updating policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  7. Provide advice on policy interpretation.
  8. Collaborate with the Talent team and DE&I Manager on initiatives to enhance the employee workplace experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with experience in managing ER cases in a fast-paced commercial environment. You should have strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ACAS guidelines. Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling you to convey complex information simply.
