Job Title: Creative/Artistic Youth Worker

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Creative/Artistic Youth Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work with schools in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire to provide flexible teaching assistant support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage the behavior of pupils while they undertake their work, ensuring a constructive and positive environment.
  • De-escalate situations within the classroom, adhering to safeguarding procedures.
  • Work one-to-one as in-class support or in small groups within SEND hubs.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns using the school's referral procedures and safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in further education, lecturing, tutoring, coaching, or project leading from a childcare or young adult background.
  • Passion for installing confidence, knowledge, and skills in children to become members of society.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and reading comprehension.
  • Proven track record of positively impacting the lives of children.
  • Right to work in the U.K.
