Job Title: Creative Youth Worker

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Creative Youth Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work with children and young people in primary and secondary schools, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to children and young people in primary and secondary schools
  • Work with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that children receive a high-quality education
  • Support children with special educational needs, including those with SEND
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in a educational setting
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers and other support staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
