Creative Youth Worker

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Creative/Artistic Youth Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work with schools throughout Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire to provide high-quality support to students.
Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and artistic individual who is passionate about working with young people. As a Creative/Artistic Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to students in a variety of settings, including primary and secondary schools, as well as special educational needs (SEN) schools.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to students in a variety of settings, including primary and secondary schools, as well as special educational needs (SEN) schools.
- Work with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement creative and artistic programs for students.
- Support students with their learning and development, including providing one-to-one support and small group work.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of creative and artistic activities, including arts and crafts, music, and drama.
- Work with students to develop their confidence and self-esteem, and to promote their social and emotional well-being.
- Experience working with young people in a creative or artistic capacity.
- Ability to work with students of all ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a variety of settings and to respond to changing circumstances.
