Job Title: Creative/Artistic Youth Worker

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Creative/Artistic Youth Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work with schools throughout Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire to provide high-quality support to students.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and artistic individual who can work with students of all ages and abilities. As a Creative/Artistic Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms, workshops, and one-to-one sessions.
  • Develop and deliver creative and artistic programs and activities that promote student engagement and learning.
  • Work with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans for students.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students on their progress and development.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible support and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with students of all ages and abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for working with young people and a commitment to their development and well-being.
