Job Title: Marketing & Events Senior Executive

Location: London

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Events Senior Executive to join our team at Blue Legal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organisation of both in-house and external events and webinars, supporting the implementation of Business Development & Marketing activities, and managing the firm's participation in external conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the organisation of both in-house and external events and webinars.
  2. Support the implementation of Business Development & Marketing activities of the firm and Practice Groups.
  3. Manage the firm's participation in external conferences.
  4. Take leadership in event, webinar and conference communication publication on the website.
  5. Support the maintenance of Business Development & Marketing data entry to the firm's CRM system.
  6. Work alongside the Marketing and events executive to record and publish podcasts, as well as posting on websites and social media.
  7. Support the Senior Digital Executive with posting updates and making any amendments to the website if required.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Marketing and events in a law firm.
  2. Previous exposure to client events and webinars.
  3. Exposure to website and social media maintenance is expected.

Please note: Only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
