Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Utility People. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, sales teams, suppliers, and partners.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise sales.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Confident and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Consultative approach with a proactive & positive attitude.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently towards team goals.
