Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Utility People. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, sales teams, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise sales.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Confident and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Consultative approach with a proactive & positive attitude.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently towards team goals.
