Job Title: Head of Alastin

Location: London Office – Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Job Description:

Galderma UK is looking for a strong Head of Brand to join our London office and lead the successful Alastin team. The role is hybrid and gives you the flexibility to arrange your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Sales & Marketing plans and policies to evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L.
  • Execute Sales & Marketing plans and policies related to planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands.
  • Prioritize and coordinate sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships.
  • Understand and analyse ongoing Sales & Marketing processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met.
  • Develop and formulate plans to implement brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Strong Experience within Aesthetics/Cosmetics/Dermatology industry.
  • Demonstrated background developing strategy and growth and implementing it effectively in market to achieve the business goals and objectives.
  • Demonstratable ability creating materials and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
