Activities Coordinator

As a Care Programmes Manager at Amica Care Trust, you will be responsible for planning and creating stimulating activities for residents.
This role requires excellent communication skills to engage with residents and their families, tailor activities to their needs and interests, and document activities completed and engagement.
We are looking for a passionate individual who can work well as part of a team, demonstrate passion about their work, and show a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and create engaging activities for residents.
- Document activities completed and resident engagement.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop tailored activity programmes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to be creative and plan effectively.
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for working in care.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including employee discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, pension scheme, and employee assistance programme.
