Shape the future of renewable energy with Ørsted. As our QHSE Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our groundbreaking new offshore wind farm, Hornsea 4. This dynamic role will see you lead a team and be a key player in the EPC project structure, supporting the managing director on all QHSE matters. You will develop and execute strategic QHSE initiatives, forge strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders, and ensure that the project is delivered with high QHSE standards.

The Role
  • Develop, own, and implement the QHSE strategy for Hornsea 4
  • Lead the delivery of QHSE strategic priorities and develop culture programmes
  • Monitor, evaluate, and assess contractors' QHSE behaviour and performance
  • Provide QHSE expertise and insights to the managing director and project leadership organisation
  • Continually enhance QHSE culture and awareness across the project
  • Manage a multi-disciplined QHSE team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in quality, occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record in implementing corporate QHSE systems
  • Proven experience in offshore construction and large-scale renewable projects
