- Liaise with other community services and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide mentorship and support to others, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Community Psychiatric Nurse role within the UK within the last 3 years.
- Nursing Qualification & NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
