About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a comprehensive package, including:

  • A competitive salary of £48,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience

As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance initiatives, maintaining standards with regulators and local authorities, and managing day-to-day operations and care for service users.

  5. Leading staff to deliver high-quality care

  9. Maintaining care plans and ensuring user needs are met
  10. Complying with legal and safety standards
  11. Promoting a positive environment and handling complaints
  12. Managing financial and administrative tasks
  13. Maintaining confidentiality and data protection

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Registered Manager, strong leadership and management skills, excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance, and ability to manage resources and occupancy effectively.
