Home Care Leadership Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team in Derbyshire. As a leader in residential care, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents and their families.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and managing a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
- Ensuring the care home operates within regulatory guidelines and best practices
Requirements for this position include:
- A strong background in residential care for older adults at Home Manager level
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated good role longevity and experience in residential care homes
