Adult & Paediatric Administrator/Crisis Worker-Derby

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator/Crisis Worker in Derby. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to victims of sexual assault, empowering them to feel in control and confident throughout the forensic examination process.
As an Administrator/Crisis Worker, you will be responsible for providing telephone information and support, assisting with the administration and management of patient cases, and ensuring a high standard of DNA decontamination is maintained between forensic cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone information and support to patients and their families
- Assist with the administration and management of patient cases, including preparing patients for forensic examinations
- Ensure a high standard of DNA decontamination is maintained between forensic cases
- Support the use of the colposcope and medical care, providing advocacy support for patients and their families
- Assist patients and liaise with other agencies regarding the management of historic cases
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults and children
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children and adults
- Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality
- Experience completing administrative duties, including data collection and manipulation
- Ability to drive and have access to a car 24/7
