Facilities Management Specialist

Hotel Du Vin, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join their team. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property and its facilities.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated at £12 per hour plus a loyalty bonus, with generous company benefits and opportunities for training and development. The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week on a permanent contract.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Facilities Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes proactive completion of the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules, with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things.
You will also be required to work closely with contractors, liaise with other teams, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements- Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel
- Knowledge of electrics and health and safety
