LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Professional & Financial Risks Senior Associate Solicitor to join their dynamic and growing team. Our client, a leading insurance group, specialises in professional and financial risks, and offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Senior Associate with a strong background in professional indemnity litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, including coverage issues.
- Deliver high-quality and timely outputs to clients, ensuring excellent client service and adherence to agreed working practises and service level agreements.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the team's services, support, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with partners and lawyers on a range of professions, working autonomously to defend liability claims both pre and post litigation.
- Provide advice and representation on regulatory issues, risk management, and Ombudsman complaints.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate Solicitor to work with a well-established client base, including major Professional Indemnity Insurers and large professional services firms. The successful candidate will have a strong background in professional indemnity litigation and will be able to work on matters involving a range of professions with values ranging from tens of thousands of pounds to multi millions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in professional indemnity litigation.
- Strong knowledge of professional indemnity insurance and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
