Professional & Financial Risks Senior Associate Solicitor
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Professional & Financial Risks Senior Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key member of our team, you will work with a well-established client base, including major Professional Indemnity Insurers and large professional services firms.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a varied caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, including coverage issues.
- Deliver high-quality and timely outputs to clients, ensuring excellent client service and adherence to agreed working practices and service level agreements.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the team's services, support, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with partners and lawyers on a range of professions, working autonomously to defend liability claims both pre and post litigation.
- Provide advice and representation on regulatory issues, risk management, and Ombudsman complaints.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong background in professional indemnity litigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
