Professional & Financial Risks Solicitor

Salary: £65-70,000 DOE.
LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Professional & Financial Risks Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional indemnity litigation and a proven track record of managing and developing relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a varied caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, including coverage issues.
- Deliver high-quality and timely outputs to clients, ensuring excellent client service and adherence to agreed working practises and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with partners and lawyers on a range of professions, working autonomously to defend liability claims both pre and post litigation.
- Provide advice and representation on regulatory issues, risk management, and Ombudsman complaints.
- Assist insurers in evaluating policy coverage aspects of claims.
- Expertise in professional indemnity litigation, with knowledge of legal procedures.
- Strong ability to deliver legal and commercial solutions, prioritising outstanding client experiences.
- Proven track record of managing and developing relationships with clients based on their business objectives.
- Proactive in contributing to business development and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Efficient and commercially aware, understanding the importance of financial hygiene.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
