Job Title: Professional & Financial Risks (Senior Associate) Solicitor

Location: Bristol

Salary: £65-70,000 DOE.

LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional indemnity litigation and a proven track record of managing and developing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a varied caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, including coverage issues.
  2. Deliver high-quality and timely outputs to clients, ensuring excellent client service and adherence to agreed working practises and service level agreements.
  3. Collaborate with partners and lawyers on a range of professions, working autonomously to defend liability claims both pre and post litigation.
  4. Provide advice and representation on regulatory issues, risk management, and Ombudsman complaints.
  5. Assist insurers in evaluating policy coverage aspects of claims.
  6. Expertise in professional indemnity litigation, with knowledge of legal procedures.
  7. Strong ability to deliver legal and commercial solutions, prioritising outstanding client experiences.
  8. Proven track record of managing and developing relationships with clients based on their business objectives.
  9. Proactive in contributing to business development and identifying commercial opportunities.
  10. Efficient and commercially aware, understanding the importance of financial hygiene.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
