About the Role

DAS Law, part of ARAG UK, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Private Client team within the Employment Department. As a Senior Associate, you will handle a variety of work from initial referral to conclusion, including non-contentious tasks such as advising on settlement agreement terms, drafting and negotiating contracts, and assisting with private litigation cases.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will:

  • Develop strong relationships with team members and colleagues across the business;
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with the wider employment department;

The Private Client team boasts a wealth of experience, unrivalled support, and opportunities for growth and development. We are looking for a candidate with a sound experience in employment litigation, who can demonstrate the following:

  • Fully qualified Solicitor/CILEX;
  • Prior experience of contentious and non-contentious employment law work;
  • Prior experience of supervising junior lawyers;
  • Experience of or a desire to assist in business development;
  • Excellent working knowledge of employment law and procedure;
  • Commitment to ensuring good customer outcomes;
  • Excellent client care skills;
