Job Description

**Job Title:** Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Beavertown Brewery. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and improving the provision of services to our regional trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Short-Term Planning: Define latest estimate budget targets and capacity, and resource planning to fulfill demand.
  • Logistical Operational Performance: Secure logistical operational performance from end to end perspective by booking optimal transport solutions under the consideration of Beavertown stakeholder preconditions.
  • Route Efficiency: Create daily transport routings to deliver high levels of customer service, and lead review of process and compliance to optimize van schedules and any LSP usage.
  • LSP Management: Monitor and manage day-to-day performance of LSP services to agreed SLAs, including collection times and OTIF performance.
  • Operational Performance: Successfully deliver operational performance to agreed KPI targets, and ensure any transport issues arising from customer and drivers are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Population and publication of distribution metric dashboard showing departmental performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience of managing multi-drop distribution operations.
  • Route Planning: Experience of successful route planning.
  • Fleet Management: Fleet management and compliance.
  • IT Skills: IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
