**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Service Development Assistant to join our team and support vulnerable adults in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, collaborating with colleagues to maximise understanding of different forms of communication, and delivering high-quality support services that promote positive behaviour change.

**Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals who require a resilient approach
  • Developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maximise understanding of different forms of communication

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of supporting people who require a resilient approach
  • Familiarity with using and contributing to Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
