About the role

You'll be joining our vibrant team in Ashford as a key member of our store operations team. As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering the Dune experience and exceeding customer expectations in service and in-store experience. You'll work closely with our management and sales teams to drive sales and targets, while ensuring our stores remain flawless and customer service is a top priority.

About you

We're looking for someone with:

  • Able to inspire and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • A hands-on approach, setting a great example for the team, and exhibiting confidence and enthusiasm towards our customers and product
  • Ability to support both the management and sales team to achieve and drive sales and targets
  • An eye for detail, enabling our stores to stay flawless
  • Passion and enthusiasm for shoes and fashion, keeping up to date with the latest trends
