About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Ashford store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operational excellence and financial performance of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of dedicated chocolate advisors to achieve retail plan targets
  • Be accountable for store operations, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and deliveries
  • Implement and manage audit and loss prevention controls to ensure compliance
  • Develop and empower a team of Lindt brand ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store expenditure and cost budgets, ensuring optimal staffing levels
  • Create a self-disciplined culture focused on flawless execution of processes and procedures
  • Ensure operational excellence, including health and safety, and food safety standards

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in a retail organization
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
