About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Ashford store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operational excellence and financial performance of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of dedicated chocolate advisors to achieve retail plan targets
- Be accountable for store operations, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and deliveries
- Implement and manage audit and loss prevention controls to ensure compliance
- Develop and empower a team of Lindt brand ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store expenditure and cost budgets, ensuring optimal staffing levels
- Create a self-disciplined culture focused on flawless execution of processes and procedures
- Ensure operational excellence, including health and safety, and food safety standards
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a retail organization
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Highly motivated and driven, with a results-oriented approach
