About the Role
As a Shift Leader at One Stop, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the team to deliver a great shopping experience for our customers
Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment
Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise
Building strong relationships with colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture
Communicating effectively with the team, ensuring they are well-informed and motivated to deliver their best work
