Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:

As a Store Operations Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a critical role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and implementing profit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and deputize the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
  • Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team
  • Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rota
  • Assist with the customer journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong customer service background and experience in managing a team
  • Have a good track record of developing and growing a team
  • Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as a good understanding of store operations
  • Be passionate about the brand and living our values
