Job Title: IT Business Analyst

With over 700 lawyers across their 6 UK offices, they have been recently ranked in the top 5 UK Law Firms to work for in 2024 and are now looking to add an IT Business Analyst to their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
  • Utilize data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making processes during the scoping of projects.
  • Work directly within the product delivery team to ensure robust Agile project management/delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Test Lead to perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage during project implementation.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems and projects to ensure maximum usability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a Business Analyst at Level 4 qualification.
  • 2+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio or similar.
