Compassionate Homecare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our Specialist Services Team in the Sleaford area. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our female clients who require specialized assistance with daily living tasks.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with communication and behavioral challenges
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Caring experience is essential, with previous experience working with clients with complex needs an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle (for some shifts)
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Permanent contract with guaranteed hours
