Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Adhoc Community Care Specialist. As a Weekend Homecare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.


About the Role

This is a flexible and rewarding role that involves visiting clients in their homes to assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation. You will also have the opportunity to engage in companionship activities with our clients, such as outings to local shops or garden centers.


The Ideal Candidate
  • A driver's license and use of own vehicle is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
